About recruitment

Admission to programs offered by the Faculty of Management is centralized and handled by the AGH Recruitment Center. The recruitment process is transparent but requires prior preparation. The process is quite straightforward: → registration → high school exam points → ranking lists → submission of documents. Don’t leave your future to chance – take it into your own hands.

How does the admission process at AGH work?

  • Registration in the e-Recruitment system – candidates create an account in the electronic recruitment system, enter their personal data, select programs, and pay the application fee.
  • Program selection – several study programs are offered. Candidates indicate their preferences in a specific order.
  • Recruitment points – admission is primarily based on high school exam results, which are converted into so-called recruitment points according to a set algorithm.
  • Ranking lists – after registration closes, lists of accepted candidates are published. If a candidate is not admitted in the first round, the system automatically checks the next preferred program on their list.
  • Submission of documents – once a candidate secures a place on the accepted list, they must submit a complete set of documents (including the high school diploma, photos, and a printout from the recruitment system). Failure to submit documents on time results in forfeiting the place.
