
Mission
The mission of the AGH Faculty of Management is to educate graduates who are highly sought after in the job market while simultaneously creating and disseminating knowledge in the fields of management and quality sciences, as well as economics and finance, and promoting responsible business practices. The modern faculty and its resources are focused on conducting innovative scientific research and actively engaging stakeholders in developing partnerships.

Vision
The vision is for the Faculty to be a modern AGH unit with full academic rights, interdisciplinary in nature, combining education at all levels with scientific research and the dissemination of business knowledge.

Values
The Faculty’s core values align with the AGH University of Values model adopted in the AGH strategy. They include: respect for social, ethical, and cultural values; understanding and supporting diversity; creating a solid knowledge base; integrating social and technical knowledge; developing and applying innovations; promoting responsible business practices; and fostering entrepreneurial attitudes based on collaboration skills.
