About the quality of education

The process and quality of education are overseen by the Dean of the Faculty of Management, supported by the Vice-Dean for Education and the Study Program Council. Additional support is provided by the Faculty Student Government Council and the Education Support Team. An advisory role regarding the review of program content, cooperation in creating and modifying study programs, and other education-related matters is fulfilled by the Social Stakeholders’ Council of the AGH Faculty of Management.

All activities undertaken by the Faculty of Management to ensure the quality of education are part of the unified quality assurance system at AGH.

Caring for the quality of education at the Faculty of Management is crucial to providing students with the best conditions for learning and development. High educational standards, modern teaching methods, as well as regular evaluations and updates of curricula ensure that graduates are well prepared for professional challenges.

The quality assurance system is a set of activities aimed at maintaining high educational standards and continuously improving teaching processes. We continuously monitor the effectiveness of education, assess progress, and regularly adapt curricula to the evolving needs of the labor market.

Education quality assurance system

The implementation of the assumptions of the Quality Assurance System is verified through an annual analysis of survey results regarding staff and classes, conducted among students, in accordance with AGH Rector’s Ordinance No. 29/2021. The processing of survey results is carried out by a designated university-level body — the University Education Team — which then forwards the results to the Faculty authorities.
