The Faculty of Management places great emphasis on improving the quality of education by applying a range of good practices. Cooperation with business and industry practitioners is a key element of its quality strategy. The Faculty engages in research projects in collaboration with enterprises, enabling students to gain practical experience and establish valuable professional contacts. In addition, the Faculty of Management supports the development of its staff’s teaching competencies by offering opportunities to participate in training and conferences. It also regularly conducts class observations to monitor teaching quality and assist lecturers in improving their methods.
